Despite the existence of the government’s “Do Not Disturb” (DND) registry, it remains ineffective for 90% of its registrants. This system processes colossal volumes of communication—about 1.5 billion messages and 2.5 billion calls each day—thereby functioning like a digital fortress against spam. Remarkably, the AI solution identifies 100 million potential spam calls and 3 million spam SMS messages daily, showcasing its capability to handle extensive data and deliver insights consistently.
Not only does Airtel’s solution aim to filter spam calls and texts, but it also possesses the ability to scan SMS content for harmful links, cross-referencing these against a secure database of blacklisted URLs.
